Color Connect Small, Medium, Large
Here is another pretty simple activity but very effective! Think about how often we use the terms big, medium and small when comparing. When you think of describing something, aren’t some of the first words you use: “Its Big/Large or It’s small?” It is also a critical skill for children because it allows them to follow directions. When you are asking them to do something you will say use the small one, or use the big one, or how about a middle sized one. And we all know “following directions” lead to happiness for parents!
To Do: I just drew small, medium and small circles, each set of 3 in the same color so my kids could easily compare and contrast. Then you just connect the small to the medium and medium to large!
