Mixing Colors

Sensory time! This is one of the easiest activities because you can put ANYTHING in the water and kids will enjoy it! It is also easy to turn it into some academic learning through counting, sorting, and matching all while “rescuing” the teddy bears! Mixing Colors Connect

Mix and connect the primary colors to make new colors! This is a simple way to practice identifying what primary colors make new colors. Ollie(3) has been very interested in mixing colors and knowing what colors make new colors so I set this up quick for him! Bonus – There is no mess of paint when mixing.

To Do: Just draw sets of colors so that it is easier for you to set-up, so draw a blue dot, yellow dot and green dot, and then repeat for the other colors–that way you know you have the right amount of colors.
