Cotton Ball Tree

 My kids love playing with these new eyedroppers I purchased from Amazon so any activity we do with these is a hit! I have seen people decorate cotton balls with eye droppers before and I wanted to try it.

To stay with the Autumn theme this week, we decided to decorate a cotton ball tree while pretending the cotton balls were leaves! We had fun talking about the word “absorb” and what that means while comparing it to paper towels, diapers, cloth, ect.

This was also extremely low prep because all we did was  glued on the cotton balls, colored some water and then they used eye droppers to decorate it. In a few hours when it dries, we will check back to see what happened to the water that was absorbed??
